If no please email me their full name as it appears in QuickBooks - we can have a look on our end to see if it's in our system. There could be corruption in QuickBooks on this record ...

We setup an employee in QB and then setup a user in Method. But now when we try to link the Method user to the QB employee, the employee name does not show up in the list ... and it's been weeks since we added both so we know it's not just a sync delay problem.

We experienced the same thing when we developed our new site. For now we've just assumed that an empty string equals Success.
