Hello,
I am tryng to add a field in Method that allows me to choose the price level for a new customer. Right now we have two price levels, wholseale and retail. I have played around with the field customization but I can't seem to get it to work. It is probably something simple I am overlooking.

How would I exactly go about customizing the screen to have multiple ship to's per mentioned above? I just need a rough idea and I am sure I would get there. I have some customers with several hundred ship to's so doing through method would be best for my sales staff.

One option: Go to the customize tab and the screens tab link
Click View next to ActivityType and you will see the list.

Um, what happens if I figured out how to do the deletion before you replied and I DID delete the one that came with Method? Possibly my Outlook appointments won't sync up correctly? And how do I fix it now?
Never mind. After a couple hours of fiddling around, I seemed to have fixed it. Not sure how, but it seems to be working.

1. Hit the "..." next to the Activity Type dropdown.
2. Select the one you want to delete. Be careful....keep the one that came with Method! This is the one with the description "Typically used to record customer meetings, business meetings or scheduled appointments." beside it.
3. Click More Actions... > Delete Activity ...
