It could be the screen was not published correctly and needed you to open it and click the publish button. Did you open the screen and not publish it by chance, sometimes it can throw a screen off. Publishing a screen is a good first step when troublshooting a problem. ...

Just as a follow up, what were the actual error messages you were getting? and you said lately, when exactly did these problems start happening?

The est vs act man hour report in field services does have the info that im looking for....but i guess it cant look in the future. When you do set up a work order for the first time...its called a series. Where is that series information stored? In the Activties table i would beleive.

1. Click the Start button in Windows.
