It is only happening for the Lead I am
working on - I just tried it with other Leads and the Parent Company
info is there. When I open the pop-up for this particular Lead, the
Parent Company displays for about a second and then disappears.

Hi Chad,
Okay thanks. We've seen vocalocity but unfortunately, while they do have a mac version of their desktop software, they seem to only be releasing new plugins for windows. It would be fantastic if you could convince them to develop an integration that works on macs too, since Method is cross platform.
Thanks,
Jake
