No idea since the project is totally in the hands of Vocalocity team but I do not they are very motivated to get this released.  Might help if you reach out to them and ask. :) Danny

It is only happening for the Lead I am working on - I just tried it with other Leads and the Parent Company info is there.  When I open the pop-up for this particular Lead, the Parent Company displays for about a second and then disappears.

Hi Danny, I am aware however the desktop app doesn't do much on its own without "plugins" (which allow it to connect to third party systems like Outlook, Salesforce, etc...). Lately Vocalocity has only been making Windows versions of new plugins they have been releasing, so Mac users haven't been getting any new ...
