Method Community

We setup an employee in QB and then setup a user in Method. But now when we try to link the Method user to the QB employee, the employee name does not show up in the list ... and it's been weeks since we added both so we know it's not just a sync delay problem.  Also, if we try to assign this user to an invoice, the reps ...

Matt We experienced the same thing when we developed our new site.   For now we've just assumed that an empty string equals Success.

John, If it is a series, the job items aren't copied over until you print the route sheet / work order or until you start the job in Method.
