Yes. There's an action called Set the View Filter but you'll need to define the filter ahead of time, then call Set the View Filter on screen load.

You might need to add a grid refresh action to the on screen load action. When a grid is in a section the refesh only happens when you select that section. Let me know if that works for ...

Sometimes, rather than loading a screen and manually typing in filter criteria for a grid, I'd like to pass in a value or two when the screen loads so the grid will filter based on this information automatically.
Is there a way to do this?
Sorry if it's something obvious and I'm just missing it.

I have a screen that is loaded using a Show/Hide Tab Link & Go To Tab Link passing in a couple shared result values that the screen grid will use to filter on. This works fine.

In our office we do currenlty use the activity list and filter through the due on or before today. This was a request by a client so i just figured I would ask. Thanks again for all your responses!!

I agree with Mark. Although Method CRM does offer email or SMS reminders (if the user opts in for them) that are sent out approximately 15 mins before the activity is due, if you'd like a complete list sent to a particular person this would require customization. I don't see this being very difficult to do.
