I have an action that creates new rows in a table based on existing rows (basic copy). One field in the table is a date field. On the UI, this date field is set using the Calendar widget. Empty is a valid value and when the record is saved from my custom UI screen, a NULL (or empty) value is written and it works just fine.

This can definitely to done. It is fairly straight forward. You just create a button that loops through your activities and then use send email.
If the client wants this to be automatic, It's a little more involved. You'll need to build an application that uses the API.

Nevermind...found out I can loop thru a table using 'Build Selection List' and use the list of IDs I built to specify my loop set.

I can't seem to filter out unwanted items from a dropdown on a page when it loads. I'm passing the dropdown recID via shared result I want to omit from the dropdown options. I can get the undesired value to go away but only after clicking on the dropdown. Can't I get the dropdown to filter on page load?
What am I missing?
