Hi TazaMax,
From the Method point of view, there really shouldn't be any issues with upgrading from QuickBooks 2012 to 2014. As long as you are using the same Company File, the process should be smooth. If for any reason your are also switching Computers to run QuickBooks, you will have to Reset "Computer to Sync With" ...

Hey CF,
Apologies for delayed response. I've been looking into trying to replicate this but, haven't been able to, the basic mail merge should work. Do you mind giving our support line a call? This is something we should go into your system to figure out.

Matt,
Thank you for the additional comments, when I spoke with Mike, he agrees that this seems to be only on February release. I left that part out of my last post only because I want to replicate this in my own account before I say it is for sure February (not that I don't believe either of you).

To any users following this thread,
We have been in contact with Mike and are looking into these issues he brought up. We are still unsure what the exact issue here is, I will be doing some testing on this today. I will post here with any updates we have on these issues.

Hi Mike,
In regards to Errors 1 & 2, I am not exactly sure what is going on here, this could be an issue with the screens not generating correctly, and possibly the tables. There is a quick way that you can regenerate specific tables from within Method. First, double check what tables the screens you are having issues ...

Hey Aaron,
We spoke over the phone, but I thought I'd post here for anoyne else that's curious. Although it's something we're interested in doing, QBO SDK limitations prevent us from implementing it. In the future as more of these features become available, I suspect advanced inventory will be as well.

Hi CF_Pro,
I believe the best way to accomplish additional addresses in Method would be to use Jobs/Sub Customers. By setting it up this way, you can have additonal addresses linked to the original Customer, and all info will sync between QuickBooks and Method. This can be done by creating a New Customer, once you have filed this ...

Hi Aaron,
I am not too sure what is going on here, technically you are correct in the sense that if you choose Method to assign ref numbers, then they should be created in sequence. The only way I can really see this happening is if someone changed the invoice number in QuickBooks, then Method saw this new number and created all future ...

Hi nwcleaningllc,
There are two different ways you can generate a web-to-lead form from within Method, you can either choose the "Basic" or "Advanced" setup. I only bring this up because if you were to go with the default options from the Basic setup, this Contact information does get carried over to the Opportunity that ...

Hi CF_Pro,
You would use Method Integration's "Mail merge" feature. You can read about it here.
For your example, the variable name for the first name of the contact is expressed as Customer.FirstName.
