Thomas,&nbsp; Method for Quickbooks Online (QBO)&nbsp;currently cannot access QBO&nbsp;Credit Memos&nbsp;but Intuit will be releasing this to third party applications such as Method&nbsp;on V3&nbsp;of the IPP platform.     Hi Matthew, By default, there is a field called Salutation in the Customer table. The Customer table houses both customers and leads and this field&nbsp;is usually used for titles.
