Take a look at this forum post to see how to use Call Another Action Set. You won't be able to use this for what you're trying to do however, since you can only call an action set within the same screen.

May I ask why you don't want to set them up as a user? If paying for an extra license is your concern, just make sure that the User can sign-in (paid license) checkbox is unchecked when creating the user. This will ensure that the cost of your subscription does not increase.

QuickBooks does not allow us to sync 100% of its fields. While it allows us to sync the name of the AltContact, we don't have access to its phone number or email address. Unfortunately you'll have to add these in Method.

Are both the Method Integration Engine and Method Integration Listener certificates installed in QuickBooks, and do they have the requisite permissions? What you're describing is a common symptom of not having the Listener certificate installed / permissioned correctly.
