Is there anyway to recover all of the default values in Method for tables, fields, etc? I somehow have managed to mess up the 'convert lead to customer' process and have NO CLUE how I did so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got a little closer I think.
My hunch is that there is something blocking our ability to read the email. In some situations we use something called "IMAP" to read parts of your email that are not normally available in a gadget, such as what attachments exist on the email.

Which table is your transactions grid based off? If it's not based off the the transaction or estimates table then it would never show in estimates. The default grid for the transactions tab section uses the transaction table. Please confirm.

I have a custom table that includes a Customer dropdown that displays the Customer Full Name on the screen as the select options.

Hi Jacob,
Following up on Method_Danny's point. When you login to method, it checks if you have ever done a quickbooks sync. If you have not, it takes you to the quickbooks --> synchronization tablink so you can set up a sync.
The same logic still fires even if you are coming off a link generated via the api.

@Jacob - Method requires QuickBooks though so if you haven't linked this account with a QuickBooks file, how are you testing this?
