I am trying to add an item to the Invoice type drop down list but I don't see a screen named ActivityInvoiceType.  How do I add an Invoice type?

Is there anyway to recover all of the default values in Method for tables, fields, etc?  I somehow have managed to mess up the 'convert lead to customer' process and have NO CLUE how I did so.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which table is your transactions grid based off?  If it's not based off the the transaction or estimates table then it would never show in estimates.  The default grid for the transactions tab section uses the transaction table.  Please confirm. ~C
