Right, I understand how to do the landscape setting - it was already set to Landscape.
The problem is that when this report is generated in method, it's 6 pages total instead of shrunk into one, or instead of just shrinking the columns to fit (which would result in 2 pages).

Selwyn - If I'm replying to an email though, 99.9% of the time I select "Emai Incoming & Outgoing" if I am replying to the email I received. Email Incoming means I received an email and did not reply to it, however I want to log this in Method CRM.

When you click on a field in the Designer, you'll notice a little arrow appear to the top right of the field. If you click on this arrow you'll get a dropdown of various properties of the field.
Click the "..." button next to 'Format String'. Things should be self-explanatory from there.
