How are you formatting the dates? Try formatting them as 'yyyy/MMM/dd' or 'yyyy/MMM/dd hh:mm:ss tt'
So for example 'April 12, 2012' would be formatted as '2012/Apr/12'
And 'April 12, 2012, 10am' would be formatted as '2012/Apr/12 10:00:00 AM'

Using the following method we're only getting partial results. The table result should only consist roughly 100 entries.
Suggestions?
wbsMethodAPI.MethodAPISelect_DataSetV2(Me.CompanyName, Me.Username, Me.Password, "", dsItem, "SalesOrder", "TxnDate, RefNumber, TotalAmount", "TxnDate >= ...

The error was fixed but still getting partial results. Will post a new entry.

I'm trying to retrieve a sales order table based on TxnDate. This is the exact call of the function:
wbsMethodAPI.MethodAPISelect_DataSetV2(Me.CompanyName, Me.Username, Me.Password, "", dsItem, "SalesOrder", "TxnDate, RefNumber, TotalAmount", "TxnDate >= '05/01/2012' AND TxnDate < ...

Hi:
We are using a trial version of Method and we are seriously thinking to subscribe that solution for our CRM linked with QuickBooks Premier. When I was doing changes at customer screens probably I did some mistake and I need restore the regular / originals screens. What I have to do?
Thanks

I can see the form in Step 9. If I fill it out there's no way to submit it on that page because there's no submit button.
Yes, I'm using custom fields. Turning on access for tech support now.

The problem is iFrames, we use them but Safari mobile doesn't play nice with them. Best bet for Method on any iDevice is to use the mobile login.

When I tried using Method on my version 1) iPad I noticed that if you have tabs that go off the right hand edge of the iPad screen, there is no way to navigate to those tabs. Same issue with other features - I believe there is no left-right scroll in a Safari window on an iPad. If I'm wrong, I'd love to know!

Can you test a few things for me...
Please go through the steps to create the form and test it inside Method - the last step, step 9 shows you how the form is going to look. Does everything look right here? Are you able to add an entry from here? If so then there might be an issue with the HTML on your site.
Are you ...
