 Well, I am testing against CRM data which can be manually entered without a QB sync. I have successfully tested getting customer and entity data, adding phone call event, etc. Thanks, Jacob

@Jacob - Method requires QuickBooks though so if you haven't linked this account with a QuickBooks file, how are you testing this?

dave, i have not. this is a default test system and i do not have a QB installation to test with.  while our customers should have this setup, i believe we will not require a QB sync since we are only interested in the crm data. forgive me for saying, but this still seems like a defect. thanks, jacob 

So, I was able to recreate a custom invoice and it now displays the service item information. Two more questions, as of now the first column on the estimate is the description, how can I add the item/part number as the first column, as show in the method website.
