    Not sure what exactly is going on here, I wasn't able to replicate this on my account. I have three contacts, but only 1 is opted out of billing yet I'm able to login with the 2 other contacts. If you exported your entire Contacts table then I would suggest doing a duplicate search in Excel for the Email column. - Ashur
