Could you kindly provide a screenshot through email (d.kugappi@methodintegration.com) capturing what it is you are seeing in the result? I am actually using a Mac here at Method, and cannot reproduce the error you're getting. Is this, by chance, a customized report?

When you select an email and click "Add to Method" what happens? Are you able to search for a customer or do you receive any sort of error message.

You are correct. If no BCC is entered in the Email template it uses the email of the person logged in as the BCC and that is why you are receiving a copy of the received payment. It was coded this way so that the "Billing Department" can receive notices of when payments are received.

Just wanted to agree with Danny, you will not need to do any customization of actions, just confirm that you have your email template pointing to the correct table and fields.

This seems to work fine for me. I was able to send emails from the standard Invoice, Estimate and Activities screens with no issues. Are the emails that are showing up in your inbox displaying your email address as the To email address?
