Selwyn - it really *should* let you choose your customized screens. So if you go to Settings > Company-wide preferences > Customer, the dropdown doesn't include tab links that point to your customized screens? Don't forget it's looking at tab links, not screens. Just a quick update - the New Lead screen has 2 sections for buttons, one is displayed when the page is a popup and another set that is displayed if the page is not a popup.  It's possible that the show section action is not getting called here - are you on a custom new lead screen by chance? ~C
