The screens you're looking at have not been updated for QuickBooks Online (QBO) since QBO doesn't support them. The screens you're looking at here are meant for QuickBooks Desktop at the moment. ...

When you add a contact there is a field Contact Type that seems to be automatically generated by Method. Sometimes the field is populated by Method and sometimes it isn't. What is this field for?

After making a minor change to my custom Edit Customer screen, I am now
getting cryptic error messages when I try to open the screen from the
Customer list. The screen loads but does not populate with any customer or contact data,
