Can someone clarify the relationship between Outlook and Method in re sending emails with read receipts? Or alternatively, whether there's any synchronization between emails sent within Method and Outlook?

When we create an Estimate our Item drop down includes Inactive Items. How do we get it to show only Active Items?

Is there a way to search Customers & Leads at the same time? i.e. if we have a Name but don't know if their status is a lead or a customer is there one place to search both lists?

When you add a contact there is a field Contact Type that seems to be automatically generated by Method. Sometimes the field is populated by Method and sometimes it isn't. What is this field for?

After making a minor change to my custom Edit Customer screen, I am now
getting cryptic error messages when I try to open the screen from the
Customer list. The screen loads but does not populate with any customer or contact data,

I had something similar happen to me, but it wasn't a Method issue. Was this customer already in QB when you accessed their data in Method? If so, check the customer shipping information in QB... If the City/State/Zip are written in the fourth ship-to line as well as their designated fields, then you may have the same problem.
