Do you have updated online user manuals for the new Method CRM screens? I am particularly interested in getting questions answered about Contacts & Customers and the best way to search for them. Please advise.

One more option is use our import/export tool (under Customize > Integration Tools) to export all customers. You can simple use the functions in Excel to filter the list with your requirements.

A simple way to produce a Customer list with a certain "Customer Type" is to build a grid from a Customer table and filter it by "Customer Type". You can customized a new or old screen to get this information.

I have the Outlook integration running successfully on a Win 7 64 computer as a local admin user (Outlook 2010).
I have added the computer to a SBS 2011 Essentials domain and added a user with Standard privileges. I can't get the integration to show up in this Outlook (Same hosted Exchange account as local admin is using)

I'm wanting to export a list of all customers that have been assigned a certain "customer type". Is this possible with Method and if so, how would I go about that?

I had the watermark as a GIF, switched to a JPEG and everything works now.
The GIF version would export fine (watermark visable), but would not show in 'live' report.

Please see the enclosed illustration for the location of the Watermark feature. What format are you loading the Watermark image?

I am using this technique as well, but can't get the watermark to display when running the report - or when printing. I hope it is just a setting I am missing because the potential is great. Any advice?
