The website and our company login/user interface are SUPER SLOW right now? Are you having problems with your servers? I cannot do customer service because it takes forever to bring up a customers information. Can someone please help me asap? Aaron p.s. - Other websites are working fine.

Ted, I think you misunderstood me.   What happens if User1 has QB File #1 opened and User 2 has QB File #2 open. Both users are connected via Terminal Services to the same physical machine. Nick

Yes, multiple QB files concurrently.    Nothing special, just an error pops out and closes QuickBooks. I read online that you tested Method on Terminal Services environment through different providers? Did you also test a scenario as I described on the top?   Nick
