When our internal emails come into our Gmail, they all have the same subject so they get lumped together in gmail making it hard to reply and then track that reply within gmail. Is there any way to change the subject line to inlude the Customer's name so each email is individual?

Sometimes The Method Integration Engine disconnects from Method without any warning.
