I am having a problem with Method not syncronizing with Quickbooks daily. It is set to sync everynight, but it sometimes goes days without doing so? Also, when I go to do a manual sync, It doesn't always sync this way either. Any sugestions?

Thanks! I was under the impression that doing that would just close the screen without going to the next action, but I just tried and it works perfectly.

No. Your licence number change is separate from Method and will not change any IDs.

The process is pretty simple from our end. Method will sync based on the ID numbers from QuickBooks so as long as these don't change durning the upgrade then you'll be fine. Method won't even be aware that anything has changed at ...

Kieran - we're still testing it internally, and cleaning up the workflow, so it looks like early May instead of late April for the start of the beta.

I am in the process of upgrading our QuickBooks from v. 11 to v. 12 (2012 Enterprise Edition). How does the Method sync fit into that process? i.e. What do I need to do to make sure the Method sync works with v. 12 and doesn't lose data?

I would recommend you contacting InSynq Support to see if they can help. Ask them if any changes have been done to your server which includes firewall and security.
We have not recently seen any similar cases of this issue, so we believe that this might be isolated to your server.

I am on an InSynq hosted server.
When I run sync the process hangs at "awaiting secure https connection".
Haven't been able to sync for a week.
