Is there a way to link a vendor bill to the job costing in a work order so that it doens't have to be manually entered again?

Yes, we are using a stock Method Estimate screen.  Inactive items are showing up.  Would appreciate if you look into it.

When I delete an existing Item (by mistake?) then attempt to insert a new one with the same information, I get an error message:   This item could not be sent to Quickbooks. The Name is already in use. Please edit the name so that it is unique and save again.   How do I enable entry of this item?

Additional info to help in debugging:   Hitting the refresh button (which resets the screen active record ID)  casues the screen to populate and things appeared  to work correctly. Therefore, I inserted a Refresh as the first line of the ONScreenLoad, and then when selecting a customer in the contacts list, the Edit Customer ...
