I am running Outlook 2010 and loaded the plug-in and it showed up but don't get any real connection into outlook. The fill that is loaded mscoree.dll. Is the the correct file for plug-in 2.0 and if not where can I get the correct one.   Thanks,   David

Hi Kerry, You'd have to log into your domain as administrator and assign permissions to your user in Windows as the admin then install the plug-in.  After you've confirmed the install on that user then remove the admin privillages for him and check his Outlook again.  Please let me know how that works. ~C

Ted, Thanks for your response. I was asking about sending emails from within Method.  But can you clarify your statement about sending an email from Outlook? I already know that standalone Outlook has the read receipt feature, but is this used by the Method plugin in any way?  I had posted a feature request in the plugin subforum ...

My first question is related to the Customers and Contacts List.  Is there a way to just see the Customer entry w/o all the contacts? For example, If we have a customer with 3 contacts we are seeing 4 entries to choose from. We also have many blank contact records within a customer for some reason.  Why would they be there and how do ...

Thanks, but I'm surprised you don't know your own product a little better. The best way to do this was by using the List Builder (found after searching). I was able to filter by customer type and export as an Excel file right from there.

Do you have updated online user manuals for the new Method CRM screens?  I am particularly interested in getting questions answered about Contacts & Customers and the best way to search for them.  Please advise.
