The website and our company login/user interface are SUPER SLOW right now? Are you having problems with your servers? I cannot do customer service because it takes forever to bring up a customers information. Can someone please help me asap? Aaron p.s. - Other websites are working fine.  

Thanks Chad, I'm not looking to change the report to a PDF - would rather have the Home Dashboard displayed in my local currency. What is the point then of the setting in Customize> Display> Default Currency Symbol?  It doesn't seem to take much notice of this setting and this is where I would expect the setting to be read ...

Ted, I think you misunderstood me.   What happens if User1 has QB File #1 opened and User 2 has QB File #2 open. Both users are connected via Terminal Services to the same physical machine. Nick

Hi Chad, Sadly it isn't that simple.  All my Regional / Currency / Localisation settings are set correctly (I have been in IT Support for the past 20+ years) and I have closed and re-opened Chrome, tried a different Chrome profile, tried IE and still I see the $ symbol instead of the £ symbol. The Method Integration Engine will respond to the first QB company file that was open which has ties to a Method account.  In other words, if only one of the QB company files is set up to sync with Method that is the QB company file the MIE will look at.
