No David, the data is populated from a SQL database. The value inside the database is "1,442.20" and the data type is a Float. When debugging we can actually see that the value is correct. Nick

 Hi warren_nickus, Are you using values generated in excel like the date issue from last week? If the value has been formatted to display in excel, it does not change the underlying root value.   Dave

hycari- This issue is resolved if you use the Stage portal. If you want to take advantage of this right away login to the stage site by clicking on the April version in the Method Login form and use the portal link found in Customize > Portals. Otherwise this fix will make it to the live site in the near future. -Michael

When I insert an item through the API the "PurchaseCost" field sometimes does not match the actual value which was sent. For instance, if the PurchaseCost field is "1442.20", the cost which is then shown in QuickBooks is "1,244.19995" Any idea why this is happening? I'm 100% sure our value is "1442.20" ...

This is the biggest hang up I have with fully migrating over. My current software allows me to optimize my routes and save route orders so that I don't have to optimize every day, only when side jobs come in. is there any way to just map out the day so that instead of printing a map I can just print sorted work orders? sorry, this question ...
