From my testing, I went through the process and the HTML formatting did stay intact after the import. 
If you want to email me over the spreadsheet you are working with (or a few records from it) I can try again using your file.

Here's my answer. Right now we do not have any email notification system which notifies you when sync is stopped. But you can always check in Method under Quickbooks tab> synchronize to see the ststus of your  last sync.

Did the original screen include any custom fields in the table that may not be included on the new account?  I haven't seen this behaviour before.  Could you email me the account this is happening on and enable MethodSupport on that account?

Have you tried setting the font size and font type first and then entering the text? Let me know if that works for you.

				        Strange it did not copy the email password from oct to july.  
Put the email pass in the july ver. it works.

				        Create yourself as a test customer in Method then create a test invoice for your customer. Register on the portal then login and attempt the payment with dummy AMEX info. 				        Hello,
Is there any way to attach more than one file to an email using the uploader incorporated into the document object? Uploading a second file replaces the first one uploaded. This would be helpful if you needed to email a PDF price sheet as well as a product information brochure to a customer/lead.
