Funny - I was working on a project this evening that references the exact same templates. Here are the templates: CRM_ActivityAssignedToUser - For a regular new activity. CRM_Follow-upActivityforUser - For a follow up activity. You can edit the templates under Home > Email Templates. Paul

I would like to modify the email that goes out through the New Activity screen.  Specificaly I would like to add an additional field to the "subject line".  How do I find the actual email template that I want to make a copy of and modify? Jo  

Thanks, I managed to sort this out on our windows pc's. I now still have an issue with our Apple Mac, all regional settings are set for South Africa but the PDF''s are showing up in Dollars. Dave Thanks for the idea but we are trying to avoid logging into method.  We've got a couple of other ideas that involve more coding. Clients always seem to be budget conscience.  Go figure.
