Invoices and Bills aren't assigned to users. They are assigned to sales reps, customers and vendors.
If you are changing the employee assignment of a sales rep, it's best to just change that directly in QuickBooks - it'll then transfer over to Method.

Wasn't sure if that was how it worked, so good to know. The problem was fixed after I deleted my old "PackingSlipRecordID" dropdown in the lineitem table and created a new one, so I must have messed something up on the original dropdown link. Thanks!

Hi Martin,
I would double check the Estimate report through the Method report designer. Take a look at the properties of the fields…specifically the options under 'Format String'. Under Currency you will see options:
"$0.00" - displays in dollars with 2 decimals
"$0" - displays in dollars with no ...

@innovative - the conflicts look legit, but hard to decipher. These messages are coming straight from QuickBooks.
For the invoice, you can see the id it's complaining about is the sales rep. QuickBooks is saying that the sales rep assigned to the invoice no longer exists in your QuickBooks file.

I have tried several time to duplicate this issue outside of situations with & and at the moment have not been able to.

For this to work the child table has to reference the parent table, the parent table doesn't need any reference to the child table.
