Blake - this is now available on the April version. In the Method login form, you can click on the link for “Switch to the April version”, and then go to your user name in the top right, and click My Profile. Paul

Hi Cameron - welcome to our forums. Can you recall what changes you made? This sounds like its coming from one of the scripts on the report. Did you delete any field or objects from the report by any chance? Is that the entire message you received of was there more?

After synchronizing Method with QB, there are several duplicate contacts. For every job in qb, method creates a contact. Is there any way to fix this so that the jobs collapse under the main contact?

I am looking to track each customer's emails in Method. Our clients send emails for quotes, orders, complaints etc, and I want to track them all in one place. @jnairn - great that you are on Google Apps. Out of interest - what are you looking for it to do for?  Show a customers info when you answer an email (if so what info)?  Add the email as an activity into Method?  Create follow-up reminders?   Paul
