Is there anyway to upload images or documents to a case using the case portal?
When you open a case the email comes from a registered CRM user, is there anyway to have it come from a generic noreply@ecoxotic.com email?
Also how do I modify the tabs for the case portal?

That is unusual....since it is working correctly for me. Here's what I need you to do. Enable the methodsupport user on your account. Then send me an email with your account name, and the values you are populating the parameters with, and I will see what I can find out.
