Is there anyway to upload images or documents to a case using the case portal?
When you open a case the email comes from a registered CRM user, is there anyway to have it come from a generic noreply@ecoxotic.com email?
Also how do I modify the tabs for the case portal?

That is unusual....since it is working correctly for me. Here's what I need you to do. Enable the methodsupport user on your account. Then send me an email with your account name, and the values you are populating the parameters with, and I will see what I can find out.

Is it possible for you to please send the header information to api@method.me? It seems like there is an authorization issue with the values you are parsing. Once I have the email, I will be able to guide you in the right direction.

Hi Jule,
I sent you an email in regard to this Support case. Essentially, this won't work when using IE10 on a Windows 7 machine. You'll need to either downgrade to IE9 or use Firefox or Chrome instead. Please respond to the Support case.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean when you refer to the screen getting locked up. Can you post a screenshot or email me a screenshot of this?
