Since Method CRM is contact driven all of you QB customers / jobs are also listed as contacts. What you're seeing is the contacts for the actual QB customer as well as the contacts for all their jobs listed on the one grid which is normal.

In the Method login form, you can click on the link for “Switch to the April version”, and then go to your user name in the top right, and click My Profile.

Can you recall what changes you made? This sounds like its coming from one of the scripts on the report. Did you delete any field or objects from the report by any chance? Is that the entire message you received of was there more?

After synchronizing Method with QB, there are several duplicate contacts. For every job in qb, method creates a contact. Is there any way to fix this so that the jobs collapse under the main contact?

Ok, thanks much. I will wait until that plug-in becomes available, because we do not currently use Outlook.
