Now, as per your advice earlier, my file includes EntityType as a field and Method doesn't recognize it as one of its fields. I'm confused because it seems this field must be included so as to not turn my leads into customers on the import......

Just getting up to speed on Method and imported some records we want to remove. What is the easiest way to clear all the customer info out of the Method database?

Hi Shane,
Are you sure you are aren't using the update feature on the Import / Export tool to try and 'update' rather than import new leads? The message indicates you're trying to update.
In step 2 of the import process where you prepare the data, you will see a check box 'Update existing records by matching the key ...

The gateway part I'm fine with as I will be setting up a gateway within Method.
As far as charging the credit cards ... are you saying I would need to type the credit card number in each time within Method even though it is in QB? That could be a little combersome. Is there anyway around this?

I’m now trying to upload my “test” leads. However, I get this
error - Error:We couldn't update current record because
we couldn't find a single unique parameter that will match your update
criteria.
Since these are leads, there’s no RecordID – it seems Method
wants a RecordID ...
