Hi Navitha,
I am assuming you are referring to "Is Manually Closed" field on the PO? If so, this is something that we are already aware of and are looking into why the checkbox will not retain the checked value. We will update this post when we have an update.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for taking the short call yesterday. Some of these concerns have already been addressed while others are currently being worked on through development. I will post here to let you know when they are live and add a Release Note if any app update was required.

Michael and Matt - these issues are a combination of design and internal tickets I am waiting to hear back on. I'm hoping to have both resolved soon so they are working as they did during Friday's webinar. I'll try to post here with regular updates if there are any delays.

Can you let me know if the response from Method_Paul has helped address this? Otherwise, I can look into situations where service item would be greyed out or disabled within Pro Services.

Matt – yes, that is accurate. It can still function but when you get to invoicing QB really needs to be up and running for Pro Services.
