That's a good question. If a customer record is deleted from QuickBooks but still appears in Method after a sync then either it is a different record than the one that was deleted, or the unique identifier (ListID) no longer matches with the one stored in Method. Other than that I haven't seen records not sync to Method from QB. However ...

Can you please enable the MethodSupport user then email me your Company Account name. To enable MethodSupport go to Customize > Users > scroll down to the bottom of the screen, then make sure there is a checkmark in the Active box for the user.

Hi Karen,
I was not able to replicate this. Are you using the stock screen and stock template? If not, then try using the stock screen/template and also advise what modifications have been made?
Additionally, it would be great to get a screenshot of the line items out of order, as well as when printed normally.

You should also make the change to the QuickBooks_ReceivePayment screen. You can't adjust the function of actions or save their set properties and use it on another screen. The only thing that can be done is use the Call Another Action Set action, however this only works if the fields/objects being referenced are on the same screen.

Edit your screen, then edit the field which is not allowing input. Click the Advanced Options link on Step 1 and you'll see the Read-Only option. If this box is checked then that's your problem, so just remove the checkmark then Save and Publish the screen. If not, then we need to know what the field type is in your table (i.e. Text, ...

What do you mean it's not allowing input. Is this a linked field or a brand new custom field? If custom then what type of field is it, i.e. Text, Integer, Dropdown, etc. Is it set to read-only on your screen?
