First off my apologies for the late reply on this. What you are assuming is the case. Something to watch out for (and something I did when testing) is to make sure you are uploading to SmartVault and not exclusively Method. You have to make sure to select the radio button "Upload to SmartVault".

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to bring this customer back. Once they are deleted from Method and QuickBooks, they are gone.

You are correct. When you click the Select link in the search screen, it sets Shared Result values. Then those values are used in the OnClosePopup action set in the CRM_LeadList screen. You can find the "OnClosePopup" action set in the Advanced button at the top left when editing the screen.

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any special syntax you can apply to get around this. You'll have to change the field name.

Good to hear the converting issue is resolved. As for the dashboards, the dashboards for Cases, Activities and Leads were only released for the QuickBooks Online, and not QuickBooks desktop.
