On the Customers and Contacts List screen you can enter the name of the contact you are looking for into the Contact/Customer/Company filter field (see my screenshot below). You can modify the IsManuallyClosed field for the entire sales order from Method, but not at the SalesOrderLine level. Unfortunately, this has to be done from Quickbooks.
