How to create a very simple SQL override in a custom grid.
My grid is based off the customer table
I thought I could look at the current examples on the standard screens as a guide. This is what I tried at first:

when our customers submit a ticket on the customer portal, it submits and we can read it in cases but the customer gets hit with this error and they keep resubmitting it until they get annoyed and phone us up saying our system is'nt working.
The value 'spdLoggedInThirdPartyLoginRecordID' was not a valid dropdown list ...

How long is an "acceptable" time to wait? I waited for 10 minutes and still nothing...
The Activity is listed as an Incomplete Activity with a type of Email sent and status In Progress, is there any other helpful information I may be able to supply to you assist you in resolving this?

How are you generating the e-mail in Method?
Are you trying to display data from a table in Method in the body of the e-mail?

Same problem on my laptop, including the error messages about the certificate.
No MethodCRM tool bar. PC is XP and laptop is Vista. Both have Outlook 2003.

To Anyone following this thread,
I informed Romina by email that at this time Method Online Accounts do not have the ability to sync multi-currency with Quickbooks Online Accounts that have this feature available. We do hope to add this in the future, but it just currently it is not possible.
