The rest of the steps matched and looked the same. I am also having upper tech support at QB look at this too. But right now I feel stuck in the middle.

Hi!
Yeah, I'm sure the email settings are correct. No, I didn't get the verification email, not sure where it's actually sending it.
For mail server, I control it, so it's not a setting on it.
Thanks!

Thanks for the input Paul. The customer's Lead Status was removed. It was marked as "Active Customer".
However, the waiting to sync was checked as well. It looks like that resolved it. Much thanks!

Does the customer have a "Lead Status"? If so, it won't go to QuickBooks.
Does the Sales Order have a "Is Waiting for Sync Approval" status? If so, uncheck this and save.

Hi,
I have a customer that's in method not showing up in QB. It has a SO that isn't syncing either. My customer list screen is customized, but this customer is no different than any other in how I've created and saved it. There's no resolve conflict with the customer or SO syncing to QB either. Any ideas ...

Paul, you're most welcome. Is there a place I can submit some suggestions for updates to the guide? There are some usage details of the actions that I've learned either in experimentation or with help from Michael and Valbon, and some questions I have still on some actions even though I'm using them successfully, that ...
