Michael, The Baer Glass account doesn't have any "&" symbol in it, however it is not working. We have other accounts that are also having this problem. It seems the documents are viewable some of the time and not viewable other times. Thank you for your help!   Jamie

Are there going to be any additions to the API? I'd like to request a call that would initiate a method action set.  If this isn't possible then can we get a call that would generate a report and pass the link in the response.  We can then use the link for an email attachment.

The export to excel is a bigger problem right now.  I ran a javascript debug window and came up with this.  Does this give you anything useful? (edited by Method Support for security purposes - please never share URLs of your account login, or javascript outputs on the forum) 

HarryWho- I wasn't able to duplicate this issue based on the steps you provided. Do you think it may be related to your other post? www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/t/3025.aspx Maybe with the additional details that Paul is looking for we can resolve both issues. -Michael

Jamie- The issue looks to be caused because the files you uploaded have a '&' in the name. I was able to duplicate this on my own Method account. You can disable MethodSupport now. I will look into this issue and follow up, the quickest fix is to remove the '&' from any file you are trying to upload. -Michael
