mrjonboy - just wanted to follow up and say that I haven't forgotten about you. I just haven't yet got a definitive answer from the dev team on what happend with your web form entry.

@smohyee - it's a little more complicated than that, but along the lines of what you are thinking with the RecordID. The problem we face is that screens are shared and copied between accounts, so the RecordIDs change from account to account. So we applied a universal ID algorithm to it. This is sort of a continuation of the issue I had with getting description-only lines into Method. I noticed that originally, there were two fields required for the various LineItem tables (excluding RecordID) - the Item, and the Rate. jnairn - do you mind emailing the first 20 lines of the file to method at methodintegration.com, citing this forum post (#11373)?

Make sure that the grids filter view is set to a view that indicates its actually using those dates. One example is 'My occurrences in date rage' and another is 'Shared occurrences in date range'.
Basically the grid respects the filter applied to the grid and/or filter views. Maybe nothing is changing because ...

cmogletree - can you please provide more details?
