rbsom - portals, by default are https, for the exact reason the users are complaining about. When you give them a link to sign into the portal, is that link https or http? Also, if you edit the portal under Customize > Portals, what option do you have set for Step 6? Paul

CF_Pro- Since in most cases Leads will become QB Customers, when you import a lead you have to ensure that you don't have a customer by that name already in Method. The error message is a bit misleading since if it is a lead it won't be sent to QB until it gets flipped to a customer. -Michael

emiller- I was able to duplicate this. IsLeadStatusOnly is a special field that gets disabled once a customer is synced to QB. I will have to look into this further. How many customers/leads did you import? If it wasn't that many it may just be easier to manually delete from in Method and re-import them with IsLeadStatusOnly set to ...
