Hi hycari, Unfortunately no, those are "system" generated emails not ones sent through Method actions. The way it stands now we would have to look into this internally.

Can you explain how to encrypt and decrypt data in method, please?

jnairn - First, I edited your post.  We don't want that number in a public forum :). Now, the reason you are seeing that is because of the type of field you chose.  An integer is too small to hold that value as a number (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer_overflow if you are interested). Hi there,   When I set up additional contacts for my customers to login to my portal and submit tickets/cases they all see the main customer account balance.  Is there any way I can disable this feature for certian and/or all users?   -Scott
