Thanks for the info. I was able to duplicate this only on portals. I will put in a ticket for this issue and update this forum post when more information is avalible.

Just did some further testing, it's not an IE9 issue. Tried it in Firefox, and it also didn't display.

It's not displaying in the customer portal. I can put other symbols in, and it works, but I can't get the dollar sign to display. It could be an ie9 issue.

Which screens are not displaying '$'? I tried duplicating this but was unable to. Can you enable MethodSupport by checking Active under Customize > Users and email me your account name so I can take a look.

Ok, issue #1. With IE9, I seem to be unable to do a full sync, and a method rep also had the same issue.
Issue #2, I can sync using the icon beside CRM using IE9, but this does a changes only sync.

How do I add fields so that I can use them on different screens? Yesterday, I had Method customize, and create a field that contains some information from quickbooks. I want to use this field the recent transactions tab of the customer portal, but I don't see the option to add that field.
