I think it's because of my question of: Why is it when I'm importing my file with THE necessary field of EntityType (and all records show Customer Lead), Method doesn't recognize this field upon import? Hi emiller, Just curious, did you import these records using the Import tool? Or did they come in from QB during the sync? Also do you know what table are you dealing with? Depending on the Method table involved this could be easy, difficult … or not possible at all. If the table is Method only data (a table that does not sync with QB) ...

Yes, I had that box checked! Thanks so much! Now, as per your advice earlier, my file includes EntityType as a field and Method doesn't recognize it as one of its fields. I'm confused because it seems this field must be included so as to not turn my leads into customers on the import...... Shane

Just getting up to speed on Method and imported some records we want to remove.  What is the easiest way to clear all the customer info out of the Method database?
