If sending the entry to QBO is what clears the Start Time, can I set the IsWaitngForSync approval to true and then set is waiting for sync approval to false when the End Time gets entered?

Let me look into this. Can you tell me if your QB file is open with sync engine connected when you are trying to do this? I’m curious.

contact notes for unique notes such relating to the contact
Entity Notes for notes that sync with QuickBooks
This consideration would be greatly appreciated!

Hi mholden,
Because of the way that Contacts/Customers sync with QuickBooks, we cannot switch the (Main) "Contact" designation from one Contact to another. You could create a screen or button to automate the info swapping, however.

Glad to hear it. Usually it's a one-off thing where Quickbooks interacts with our Sync engine badly and damages it. It's quite rare, so hopefully you won't have to deal with this again.
