When I enter a customer in Method, I enter the first name (JOHN), then last name (DOE), and that populates the Customer Name field above (JOHN DOE) - good so far. But when Method Synchs with QB, the customer name is JOHN DOE in my customer list - and not many companies sort/track their customers by first name. ...

In QuickBooks, if you go to Lists > Item List, and you select an item that is an item type that is an Inventory Part, when you open up that item, you should see a Cost and a Sale Price.

Yeah, that's exactly what I did. But in my haste I forgot to make sure my custom table had the linked field to the SalesRep ID. I previously just had the Sales Rep name in there. Doh.

Right now we cannot see "Balance" as a default in the search fields of each of our screens. Can someone tell me how to see (as a default) the "balance" field whenever one of us logs into Method?Right now we have to click the sprocket and then select the check box that says "balance" in order to see it.

The best way to do a Changes - Only Synchronization is by opening up the Method Integration Engine, selecting the "Synchornize" link, and select the option of Changes - Only Synchronization.

how do you do that? i've logged in and out several times and that didn't fix the problem.

I copied the screen from an account where it IS working.
In addition to that I've gone in and edited the screen appropriately and it's not working.
When I go to the screen the default value is not the one I selected.
