Method Community

I need to add an area for a shipping tracking number on the Method Invoice as well as a couple of other items.... can someone advise me? Thanks, Shane

When an email is sent using the Send Email action within Method, does Method keep track of the sent emails?  If Method does keep track, where do I look to find the sent emails?  If Method doesn't, is this a situation for the Outlook plugin? 

Hi cfupham, I just wanted to give you an update on that response. The tablet that you purchase from your carrier needs to support normal browser behaviour and you also need to log into Method using the "Mobile Sign-In" link on the Method log-in page.  I hope that this helps. Ronen

Yeah, that's exactly what I did. But in my haste I forgot to make sure my custom table had the linked field to the SalesRep ID. I previously just had the Sales Rep name in there. Doh. Working now. Thx
