    I fixed it! Thanks so much for your help guys. BUT! I have one more question. When a customer clicks the link to: &quot;Ask a Question&nbsp;&nbsp;-&nbsp;Create&nbsp;a&nbsp;new&nbsp;customer&nbsp;service&nbsp;case.&quot; the system sends me an email to (again) the wrong address.     Hi Aaron This email address can be changed by updating your company infomation within QuickBooks.

    Hi rlemoi, If you go to the following blog Here, if you look at the last section that is order listed by numbers, point 2 mentions that the plug-in works with Outlook 2007 and higher.
